TOG was appointed as geotechnical subcontractor on the SANRAL N2 upgrade between Makhanda and Fish River Pass. Works comprised slope stabilisation through a combination of soil nails and rock anchors across multiple cut faces. An estimated 320m³ of grout was placed across the works, supporting the safe delivery of a key national route upgrade.

TOG completed slope repair works on the N2 near Port St Johns, including 1,151 core holes for investigation and anchor installation, with rock anchor drilling totalling 13,980 metres across two anchor lengths. Works were completed within a seven-month programme.

TOG was appointed to carry out micro piling works in support of the MyCiTi Integrated Rapid Transit infrastructure at Lentegeur. 42 micro piles were installed across two depths, providing structural foundation support for the BRT corridor. The project was completed within a two-month programme.

TOG carried out lateral support drilling works on Jakes Gerwel Drive, installing 513 soil nails at 3m depth across a two-month programme. All holes drilled at 100mm diameter with grouting completed to specification.

TOG carried out all rope access drilling for the installation of catch fences and mesh drapery at Kraaimans. Working on steep and inaccessible rock faces, TOG utilised the Ripamonti Speedy Drill for all anchor drilling — demonstrating specialist capability combining certified rope access techniques with precision geotechnical drilling.

TOG completed lateral support works at House Holmes in Camps Bay, installing 98 Self-Drilling Anchors (SDA) across five varying depths. The SDA method allowed simultaneous drilling and grouting in the variable coastal hillside geology, providing effective slope retention for this residential development.
